Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't go to plan.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Change of mind
If you've changed your mind, you can return your item within 21 days of delivery for 100% store credit of the returned item's purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
* Be returned at your own expense.
Original shipping charges (where applicable) and return shipping costs are not included in your store credit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your Janzo store credit will be issued.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We take great care to ensure every order arrives exactly as intended.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:
* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product and its packaging
Once reviewed, we'll work with you to provide the most appropriate solution, whether that's a replacement, store credit or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or where otherwise approved by Janzo.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
