Ordering

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days Australia-wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Will I receive tracking?

Absolutely. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. If you've changed your mind, you can return your item within 21 days of delivery for 100% store credit of the returned item's purchase price, provided it is unused, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

We're here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and work with you to provide the most appropriate solution.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes.

At launch, Janzo ships Australia-wide.

Why did you start Janzo?

Janzo was inspired by our own family and the everyday moments that come with raising young children.

As our family grew, we realised it wasn't one big challenge that made parenting feel overwhelming, it was hundreds of small decisions throughout the day.

We're building Janzo with a simple goal: to create thoughtful products that help make family life feel a little easier, giving parents more space to enjoy the moments that matter.
